Mr. Touchstone passed the LA Bar in 1977 after having graduated from LSU Law School in Baton Rouge, LA. He has practiced law since that time and is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state and city courts. Mr. Touchstone is admitted to practice in US District Ct., Western Division of LA, US Tax Court, US Bankruptcy Court, Western Division of LA, and the US 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has practiced primarily in the fields of Real Estate Law, Collection Law, and Creditor’s Rights in Bankruptcy. Mr. T. (as he is known to his staff) has closed thousands of real estate loans, examined thousands of real estate titles, and written thousands of title insurance policies.

Mr. Coltharp was admitted to the LA Bar in October 1993. He earned a Juris Doctor at LSU Law School in Baton Rouge, LA. Mr. Coltharp’s endeavors at First Commerce Title primarily include title examination, document preparation and review, closing, and other duties of counsel. Previous to joining the First Commerce staff, Mr. Coltharp was engaged in the banking industry as well as in the private practice of law.

Mrs. Hulett received her Bachelor of Science from LSU in Baton Rouge in 2005 and her Juris Doctor along with a Bachelor of Civil Law from Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University, in May of 2008.  While attending law school, she was a member of the Louisiana Law Review and worked as a law clerk for the State of Louisiana.  Mrs. Hulett was admitted to practice law in Louisiana in 2008 and is a member of both the American and Louisiana State Bar Associations.
